I love this place!!! Prices are relatively low, and the service is amazing. They still offer curbside visits… where they meet you outside and bring your pet in for exams. You can also come inside for visits in person. The doctors are wonderful and everyone gives my dog special attention when we go. Best vet experience I’ve had. I urge everyone to bring their pets here!

My young cat 2 and 1/2 years old passed away I was seeing another veterinarian clinic was concerned about the medication they gave me because he became very lethargic and passed in my arms after giving the medicine. Call village veterinary clinic where I also go and Dr Keith recommended I bring him in and he took an x-ray and ease my mind showing all the other possibilities of why he could have passed very highly recommend Dr Keith he went above and beyond . Original veterinarian clinic that did the treatments never even called me never gave condolences.

Dr. Keith and Dr. Samantha are the best vets I’ve ever worked with. Not only do they have a superior knowledge of veterinary medicine, but they genuinely care about your pet. I never feel rushed as they take as much time as they need to really understand you and your pet.

I have seven cats and one dog. All the vets and vet techs are great. When I need to schedule an appointment, they always get me in within a week. They have a common sense approach to vaccines. They have acknowledged that yearly vaccines for some things are not necessary. They also give great advice on diet and how to avoid or treat common ailments. And they are very gentle and loving towards the animals in their care. I highly recommend them.

I LOVE this vet clinic! They are so kind, passionate, and knowledgeable! I just recently got a new puppy who I brought in for vaccines and a wellness exam and they were so attentive and great with her. They had a cute little sign in the exam room that said “Welcome Athena”! Which I loved and thought was so kind of them! The staff let her come home with a little stuffed lamb that she took from the front. I also take my other dog Zeus here and he gets so excited to come here that he practically jumps out of the car! They are fast, responsive, professional, and really show your animals lots of love! Highly recommend!

I am so thankful for the compassion and care shown by all of the doctors and staff at this location. We brought our two littermate cats in when they were young, moved away, and returned recently because they have aggressive congenital heart diseases.

Through normal checkups, minor illnesses, palliative care, emergency situations and even euthanasia we received knowledgeable and empathetic care. Visits were quick, and limited the stress to both our Han and us parents as much as possible. If extra time was needed for us, it was given. At hone calls to check on progress after visits. Fitting us in as necessary for crazy appointments – so responsive. Everyone speaks plainly and frankly, we really dove into what’s best for our furry family. Thank you Dr. Cathy, Dr. Keith, Dr. Katie, Dr. Jo, Debbie, and anyone I missed (we’ve seen almost all!) for taking care of both our boys. I trust each.

Our whole family can not be more happy with their knowledge, skill and professionalism when dealing with dogs across the age spectrum. Dr Keith’s skill repairing torn ACL’s is unparalleled. Our almost 10 year dog recovered so well you can’t even tell she spent the beginning part of the year hobbled. Also, with the precautions necessary during the pandemic, they have integrated safety measures while keeping our pets safe.

Every employee cares deeply and exhibits such professional excellence. My dog, who is usually a huge barker, went calmly with the tech when it was our time for our appt. The contact less appt worked so well and efficiently. Thank you! We will continue to take our pup there!
